DUABI: Lebanese singer and model Elissa received the award of being The Sexiest Woman Alive. The coveted title was courtesy of the magazine Esquire and was presented to her on Tuesday evening in Dubai.
Gratefully
receiving her award, Elisa told members of the press and photographers
who had gathered at the occasion that it was a title that she'd hold in
high regard along with the other awards she'd earned after another year
of hard work.
Sporting a short black dress at the event, she didn't forget to offer a kind word to the Lebanese pop icon, Amal Hijazi, who lost her mother on Tuesday. Elisa said she shared her grief on this sad occasion.
Elissa will be in Dubai until Wednesday to finish her Christmas shopping.
